Maurice Crockard Associates have already built up a strong network of knowledge workers, who support each other on a regular basis - between us we have centuries of expertise. However it's not easy to encapsulate this on a web page. What we can do is invite you to submit any questions you might have or problems you're experiencing to us and we'll respond to them. For example, do you know the difference between 1st and 2nd generation Knowledge Management? Or Mark McElroy's 10 guidelines for second generation knowledge creation? Ask us if you don't.
With years of experience of developing intranets to help busineses share their internal thoughts, ideas and expertise, we feel that we can help your company fast track some of the teething difficulties and reap the business benefits more rapidly. If you've lots of content and no web developers to help you get it on the web, then consider a content managed system to distribute the workload. Or have you considered blogging? (MC's formative blog - The Thoughts of Chairman Mo - is at http://crockstar.blogspot.com/ so that you can begin to understand this powerful new tool in the web marketeer's kit. If we find that we can usefully blog some of our knowledge to help others then we're happy to do so.) His WiKi, with its collaborative limerick, is at crockard.jot.com What do you mean you don't know what a WiKi is?
And just for fun! Googlewhack - the serendipitous combination of two words, both in dictionary.com (underlined in blue in the header bar when retrieved by google), which produce a single, solitary reference when submitted to the google search engine. Read Dave Gorman's Googlewhack Adventure if you want to have a couple of hours enjoyment and you're not dyspraxic - but use your esoteric knowledge of words - especially pluralisms like sunflowers or theologists, to find your own singularities. Have you got a whack on your website? Let us know. I'm sure you'll quickly work out the one here - providing I can entice Google into indexing it - which I'm delighted to say they're now doing.
