We offer exactly the same service levels that you would expect to receive in the UK and for the same fee – 3% or £750 (whichever is greater). Our fee is payable upon completion of the preliminary contract.
We also offer a complete after-sales package and can arrange Power of Attorney and execute this on your behalf . You will need to do many things after the sale such as open a private bank account, deposit & withdraw monies, arrange house & contents insurance, connect utilities, pay municipal taxes & utility bills, negotiate & conclude contracts with architects, builders, security companies etc. etc. We will do all this for a one-off fee of £200. If you decide to use us for any building works we can also project manage the entire renovation of your property for a 8% commission of the building costs.
